Inspection and booking requests
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when our office contacts you. For a severe allergic reaction to a sting, call 911. If someone swallows a pesticide, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Cancellations and weather
Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or move an appointment. Rain and high wind can move outdoor treatments, and we will contact you as soon as a change is needed.
Prices and warranties
Prices shown are starting prices. Every service is given a fixed, written price before we treat. Any termite or service warranty is set out in writing with its renewal terms.
