Urgent pest problems. Call us now.
Wasps by the front door, rats in the attic or bed bugs in the bedroom? Call (214) 555-0129. We will tell you what is safe to do now and get a technician out, often the same day.
What counts as urgent?
-
Wasps or hornets by a door
A nest near an entry, play area or window that people pass every day.
-
Rodents in the home
Rats or mice in the kitchen, living areas or walls, or chewed wiring in the attic.
-
Bed bugs
Bites in a line, small blood spots on sheets or bugs in mattress seams.
-
Termite swarm indoors
Dozens of winged insects near a window or light, often after spring rain.
-
Bees in the wall
A swarm moving into a wall, soffit or chimney, with bees going in and out.
What should I do right now?
- 01
Wasps or hornets by a door
Keep kids and pets away and use another door. Do not spray or knock the nest, which can trigger stings.
- 02
Rodents in the home
Seal food in containers and keep pets away from droppings. Do not sweep or vacuum droppings dry; wait for our cleanup advice.
- 03
Bed bugs
Do not move beds or furniture to another room. Wash and dry bedding on high heat and bag it until we visit.
- 04
Termite swarm indoors
Vacuum the swarmers and save a few in a bag. Swarmers do not bite or damage furniture, but the colony needs treatment.
- 05
Bees in the wall
Keep doors and windows shut near the entry and stay clear. Honey bees are protected, so we will arrange live removal where possible.
When to call 911
Call 911 for any sign of a severe allergic reaction to a sting: swelling of the face or throat, trouble breathing or dizziness. If a child or pet swallows a pesticide or bait, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222, or your vet for a pet.
