What information do we collect?

We collect the personal information needed to inspect, treat and protect your home: your name, contact details, property address, access and pet notes, photos taken during inspections, service records, inspection reports, invoices and payment records.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To schedule inspections and treatments, prepare plans and reports, keep the treatment records Texas requires, send confirmations and reminders, issue invoices, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in the service or payment, such as a real estate agent or lender you ask us to send a WDI report to, a property manager you have named, or where the law or the Texas Department of Agriculture requires it. Our software providers store data under contract.

How is it stored?

Service and treatment records are kept in secure business software with restricted access, and held for as long as Texas law and any termite warranty require.

Can I see or correct my records?

Yes. Ask the office manager in writing and we will respond within 30 days. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can put it right.
