Where, when and how often, and whether there are kids or pets at home.

What should I have ready?

  • Side gates unlocked and the garage and attic access clear
  • Pets kept inside or in a closed room during the visit
  • Photos of the pest, droppings or damage, if you have them
  • Where and when you have seen activity, even a rough idea
  • Any past termite treatment paperwork or warranty

Worried about the products?

Many homeowners are, especially with young kids and pets. We use baits and targeted treatment instead of blanket spraying, apply everything by label, and tell you exactly what we used and when it is safe to return to a room.
